📋 Description
• At Brave Health, we are committed to transforming lives through mental health care. • Seeking a full-time Partner Success Coordinator to assist with marketing content and engage referrers. • Conduct strategic outreach via phone, SMS, and email to key partners. • Support marketing initiatives by editing and refining materials. • Coordinate pilot programs and lead virtual presentations for partners. • Collect feedback to enhance partner experience and referral processes. • Process new patient referrals and learn new technology to optimize processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 plus years of experience in marketing, customer service, business development, sales, or program/operations role with a client or partner • Experience with Canva/WordPress and content refinement/management • Experience with cold outreach via calls and emails • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business goals • Experience leading trainings, webinars, or giving presentations in a virtual environment • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar software • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment • High level of organizational and time management skills • Experience in a healthcare environment
