β’ To take responsibility for South/South East area of the UK, selling the full Bridgestone product tyre ranges directly to the Bridgestone dealer network, end users including operational sites, local distributors, Key Accounts and Vehicle Distributors. β’ To maximise the number of units sold. β’ To prospect the area and develop new customers while building brand loyalty. β’ Fully inspect all tyres running on predefined customers mines, quarries & mobile cranes. β’ Update Tyre Management System (TMS-Web-toolbox) program and present findings to the customer. β’ Be aware of all Health & safety policies on each site & ensure compliance. β’ Target weaknesses in coverage by opening new and dormant accounts. β’ Actively sell products while understanding and communicating features, advantages, and benefits. β’ Use promotions, marketing aids, and brand support material to increase sales activity. β’ Suggest promotions and incentives to Marketing, justifying them with potential increased business. β’ Monitor customer performance against targets and ensure up-to-date price lists and product information.
β’ Education to A minimum of A level or equivalent. β’ Full UK driving license. β’ Minimum of three years direct sales experience, together with the ambition and drive to succeed. β’ Proven ability to sell by building relationships with dealers and end users. β’ Excellent IT and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise a heavy workload. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, encompassing strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills. β’ Excellent presentation skills. β’ Verbal and written English required. β’ Ideally interested in the Commercial industry sector. β’ Team player, flexible approach to work. β’ Personal charisma, together with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with customers.
