📋 Description

• The Sales Regional Manager is a leadership role playing a critical part in driving revenue growth for his territory and Team. • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. • Coach its team on basic sales mechanisms. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Engage with prospects in a consultative manner. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 sales professionals. • Oversee sales forecasting and tracking to measure performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. • Additional qualification of a business degree is a plus. • Significative experience in solution sales with experience in Access Control. • Biometric technology is plus. • Proven track of Team management and Leadership. • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and ability to sell complex, high-value solutions. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
