• Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner. • Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out BELAY’s culture each day. • Be a good steward of our Vision: “Our vision is to help you achieve your vision”. • Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork. • Responsible for meeting and exceeding a monthly quota of net new client contracts per month (inbound/prospecting) emphasizing the value of BELAY Virtual Services. • Responsible for daily prospecting which should result in 35% of monthly wins. • Provide incoming sales lead coverage, responding to incoming leads with urgency and professionalism. • Serve as the main point of contact for leads throughout the entire sales process beginning with incoming lead-to-close (lost or won). • Develop, present, and implement plans for attaining new client contracts. • Achieve and exceed goals for revenue sold and activity with prospects. • Thoroughly document sales efforts in our CRM from beginning to end, including tasks, sequences, activities, funnel, etc. • Ability to facilitate sales calls via phone or Zoom to engage in live prospect conversations that result in sales. • Comfortable with web conferencing platforms - Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, etc. • Thoroughly create binding documents for your opportunities. • Ensure implementation fee and payment setup is complete for newly contracted clients. • Assign & work CRM task(s) appropriately and complete contact record data thoroughly to enhance our marketing efforts. • Work alongside leadership to build and execute a strategic plan to increase leads and maintain a sales funnel. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with overall business enterprise goals. • Travel: Minimum of 25% required.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. • 2-4 years of sales or related experience. • Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients. • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy. • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.
