Description

• Oversee a team of Account Managers ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction • Supervise, mentor, and coach the Account Managers fostering collaboration and high performance • Ensure successful management of key accounts maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with senior management to set objectives aligned with company goals • Implement and refine workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for client success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in account management, with a history of managing high-profile clients • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in CRM software and other account management tools
