• Responsible for the Sales of Benevity's solutions into your client and prospect base. • Drive pipeline generation, account mapping, and account planning. • Orchestrate resources necessary to win the opportunities and create a positive experience for clients. • Acquire additional Enterprise clients for Benevity’s SaaS solution. • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure. • Provide consultative selling to increase product and service quality. • Goal-focus to meet or exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas. • Elevate the client persona to the C Suite Level.
• 6+ years of experience in a sales function with increasing responsibilities. • Strong experience in active solicitation and sales process management of corporations and foundations. • Effective and inspiring storyteller and presenter, with the ability to connect technology with longer term vision and goals. • Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities at any given time. • Desire to make a larger impact in the world by giving organizations and non-profits alike the ability to effect change through engagement with technology. • Embraces personal and joint accountability to achieve organizational goals. • Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment with limited structure and guidance. • Ability to look at each situation with adaptability, flexibility and innovation. • Self-starter/high level of internal motivation to win and succeed. • Confidence with a healthy dose of humility, humour and passion.
