• Lead the strategic direction and management of Berklee's digital ecosystem. • Ensure exceptional experiences for the Berklee community across digital platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage a team of developers. • Use data-driven insights to advance digital innovation and improve user engagement. • Oversee project discovery, technical specifications, and team operations. • Monitor site performance and manage Berklee's email platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five years experience in digital strategy, product management, or a related role. • Proven experience managing teams of developers and cross-functional digital teams. • Bachelor’s degree in design, technical, or communications field (or equivalent experience). • Technical expertise with web applications and associated technologies: HTML, CSS, web audio/video formats, Javascript, and Google Analytics • Working knowledge of information architecture, UX design, content management systems such as Drupal or Wordpress.
