Description

β€’ Ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries. β€’ Interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. β€’ Contribute to maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. β€’ Day-to-day auditing and review sales agents call recordings. β€’ Monitor performance indicators and manage sales tracking tools.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment β€’ Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce β€’ Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets β€’ Experience supporting a team β€’ Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions β€’ Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently β€’ In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Analytical and multitasking skills
