Description
• Ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries. • Interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. • Contribute to maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. • Day-to-day auditing and review sales agents call recordings. • Monitor performance indicators and manage sales tracking tools.
Requirements
• 1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment • Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce • Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience supporting a team • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Excellent communication skills • Analytical and multitasking skills
