🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related leadership role within a high-growth software or SaaS company. • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics and lifecycle strategies. • Sales Strategy & Planning experience, including TAM assessment, segmentation, sales capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. • Expertise in CRM and revenue management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment. • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
