• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and workflows. • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members. • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have). • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
