Description

• Collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success and development teams • Evangelize the benefits of predictive capability • Engage with clients to understand their technology stack • Assist customers in integrating BforeAI’s PreCrime solution • Design and develop scripts and API integrations • Manage complex proof-of-value projects • Identify opportunities to improve API interfaces • Deliver introductory pitches on BforeAI’s capabilities • Build and maintain a repeatable demo environment • Respond promptly to customer inquiries • Document project processes • Train partners technical personnel • Collaborate with customer success teams

Requirements

• Experience as a technical consultant, pre-sales engineer, solution architect, or similar • Understanding of networking infrastructure, DNS protocols, security tools • Cloud hosting architectures and integration use cases experience • Python scripting and programming skills for developing integrations • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate with different teams • Great problem-solving skills • Strong technical aptitude and passion for learning
