Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the new trade processing system. • Perform in-depth data analysis and reconciliation across old, new, and parallel systems to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Design and develop data models to support the implementation of the new system. • Map data flows between systems and assist with the migration strategy. • Work closely with technical teams to support the design and implementation of the new trade processing platform. • Provide detailed documentation of business requirements, data mappings, and data models. • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on milestones, ownership, and timelines. • Support system testing and validation to ensure successful data migration and processing in the new system. • Identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvements in data management and reconciliation processes. • Provide ongoing support during and post-implementation to ensure the system meets business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data modeling and system reconciliation. • Strong knowledge of trade processing systems and financial services industry practices. • Expertise in data analysis, data reconciliation, and data migration projects. • Experience in working with both legacy and new systems in parallel environments. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements and technology landscapes.
