Description

• Bird is seeking a high-performing Account Executive focused on ISVs to drive new business through partnerships. • Own the entire sales process for ISV accounts, managing complex deal cycles and driving revenue growth. • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with ISV partners to create strategic alliances that drive new revenue streams. • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with both Bird’s business goals and the needs of ISVs. • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential ISV partners, focusing on those that can drive high-impact results for both organizations. • Conduct detailed business assessments to understand the specific needs of ISVs and propose tailored solutions that leverage Bird’s platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on partnerships or alliances with ISVs or technology platforms. • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, ideally within the SaaS or CRM industry. • Strong understanding of ISV ecosystems and the value they can bring to a CRM platform like Bird. • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver long-term value through partnerships. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred), sales enablement tools, and pipeline management software.
