•5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals. •Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and deliver outstanding results. •Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles, with a focus on CRM or similar technologies. •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and navigate complex deal structures. •Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute long-term account plans. •Proficiency in CRM tools (Bird preferred) and pipeline management software.
