📋 Description
• The Government Partnership Manager is responsible for driving the business forward • Managing a book of a business team delivering on both city account management for our largest cities • Winning new business in markets • Focus on action plans and goals that cut through the noise inherent in the government process • Responsible for city retention in North American markets (focused on Canadian and US markets) • Maintenance of current accounts in both areas
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years progressive experience in Government Relations, Policy, Sales, Account Management, or relevant industry experience • Proven ability to build and/or strengthen relationships with city officials of key cities • Proven ability to train others to build and/or strengthen relationships with city officials of key cities • Strategic ability to build processes that do not rely on third parties to build relationships with key city stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that Bird fulfills all obligations required by the cities
