• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the technology or simulation industry within the US market. • Proven track record in sales leadership roles, ideally in the technology or simulation industry within the US market. • Proven ability to lead sales of at least $50 million in solutions or services within the US market. • Strong portfolio of contacts in the industry at senior leadership level with systems integrators and government offices. • Know-how of acquisition strategy and process in the US DoD and Intelligence Agencies. • Industry knowledge in synthetic training, mission planning and rehearsal. • Deep understanding of the US market dynamics and customer needs. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
