•As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth objectives and building a team of business development professionals. •This role involves strategizing and executing business development initiatives, driving sales, and creating comprehensive real estate outsourcing solutions for corporate clients. •Focus on Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Advisory Services, and Lease Administration. •The role requires building and leading a team of BD professionals and close collaboration with clients, service providers, and internal leaders. •Overall go-to-market strategy identification, sales toolkit and strategy refinement, pipeline development, opportunity assessment, and oversight of the sales process are included. •The ideal candidate is a seasoned business strategist with commercial real estate expertise, excellent writing and communication skills, and ability to coach teams through a winning process.
