• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the building automation or technology sectors. • Demonstrated track record of successfully growing sales and building long-term client relationships in the DACH region. • Technical affinity with building automation solutions, including energy management, smart building systems, or IoT technologies. • Strong knowledge of German building automation regulations is a significant plus. • A self-starter mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a passion for growing businesses and taking ownership of new opportunities. • Fluent in German and a good command of English (written and spoken). • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
