• Proactively research and identify potential leads and prospects. • Initiate contact with leads through outbound cold calls, cold emails, and other communication channels to introduce Holafly and its eSIM services. • Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine if they are a qualified sales opportunity. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM. • Leading discovery meetings with potential clients to uncover needs, paint points, and opportunities. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team. • Drive sales pipeline.
• Proven experience in a similar BDR or inside sales role (3-5 years of experience) • Must have bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc…
