Description

• Looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to join Bitrise. • Focuses on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of customer success team. • Develops and optimizes processes, tools, and data analytics to drive customer satisfaction. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on alignment with operations efforts. • Trains and supports customer success team members on tools and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience in customer success and customer success operations roles. • At least 1 year experience in a strategic role, with demonstrable experience in designing cross-functional processes and workflows. • Experience with - and knowledge of - a wide array of customer success and support automation. • Ideally at least 1+ years of experience with both ChurnZero and Intercom. • Knowledge of common integrations including Salesforce. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Experience with an IT or developer-audience. • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
