📋 Description

• BLADE is looking for a seasoned, driven “private aviation” professional (who is currently based in North America) to join our sales team. • The primary role of the Jet Charter Sales Director is growing our jet charter sales revenue. This is accomplished by sourcing aircraft and providing prices for requested trips as well as ancillary services (ground connections, catering, etc.) and providing creative and effective solutions which align customer needs with company resources. • You will maintain a high level of product knowledge of all company products and services, possess excellent negotiation and prospecting skills as well as the ability to demonstrate an overall high motivation for selling, and customer service. • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion • Identify and generate new business leads • Source and negotiate with aircraft operators to secure optimal charter solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Jet Charter Broker (a minimum of 5+ years of actual jet charter sales experience) • Recent history of selling trips that (annually) total in the millions of dollars (a must) • In-depth knowledge of private aviation and charter operations • Ability to independently identify likely sales leads • Proven track record of creating domestic and international air charter solutions • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Sharp and effective communication skills via phone, email and in person • Reap enjoyment from advancing towards goals and objectives in a competitive environment • Has a good balance between independent and team-oriented work
