📋 Description
• Support with business development efforts with dApp and infrastructure teams building on Blast • Lead and manage our community team and triage user reports to engineering and product • Coordinate and manage internal operational projects and functions • Lead and manage special projects such as the organization of dApp competitions and events like the Big Bang competition • Travel as needed to SF, NYC, worldwide
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in tech, start-ups, consulting, or investment banking • Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the EVM landscape in particular • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized • Nice to have: fluent in Mandarin (both verbal and written), proficient in SQL, Excel, and web3 data tools like Flipside/Dune
