📋 Description
• Rescale is a leading enterprise software company in cloud computing, modeling & simulation, and applied AI • As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a force multiplier for the CEO • Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, optimizing cross-functional collaboration • Act as an extension of the CEO, helping to prioritize and communicate key business objectives • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a deep understanding of enterprise software and scaling SaaS businesses
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, enterprise software, or operating roles in high-growth SaaS companies • Strong understanding of computing, enterprise software, SaaS business models, and late-stage company scaling dynamics • Proven track record of strategic execution, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership • Excellent executive communication, analytical, and project management skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude • MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, finance, or operations (preferred) • Experience as a Founder of a B2B SaaS company is a plus (preferred) • Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth, VC/PE-backed environment (preferred) • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, GTM strategy, and customer success operations (preferred)
