📋 Description

• Fully remote role, occasional travel may be required. • Candidates must be available to work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone. • The job involves developing comprehensive RFP responses and sales collateral, leading strategy and brainstorm ideation, and maintaining a consistent brand with clients. • Responsibilities include translating creative concepts into strategic proposals, managing processes, understanding Blavity's platform, and contributing to organized efficient processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience at a media agency, creative agency, brand, and/or publisher, managing digital advertising/creative strategies. • Proven experience developing engaging, on-brand campaigns across digital, social, and video. • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite. • Understanding of the sales cycle, key accounts, products, and solutions that will generate revenue. • Experience in both media planning and production. • A proactive, creative, go-getter who can think strategically and use industry data and information to craft a compelling story. • Strong communication skills and can partner with multiple departments across the organization. • Project management skills, problem solver and solution-oriented. • Ability to deliver thoughtful, data-driven, and timely proposals by being proactive. • Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable taking on high-level responsibilities. • Comfort with ambiguity and a proven love for transforming unorganized/complex data into rigorously structured, insight-oriented solutions. • High-energy, company-first, positive attitude; motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats. • Naturally detail-oriented, with an obsessive need to document and communicate findings. • A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture.
