β’ 4+ years of customer-facing experience at a media agency, creative agency, brand, and/or publisher, managing digital advertising/creative strategies. β’ Proven experience developing engaging, on-brand campaigns across digital, social, and video. β’ Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite. β’ Understanding of the sales cycle, key accounts, products, and solutions that will generate revenue. β’ Experience in both media planning and production. β’ A proactive, creative, go-getter who can think strategically and use industry data and information to craft a compelling story. β’ Strong communication skills and can partner with multiple departments across the organization. β’ Project management skills, problem solver and solution-oriented. β’ Ability to deliver thoughtful, data-driven, and timely proposals by being proactive. β’ Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable taking on high-level responsibilities. β’ Comfort with ambiguity and a proven love for transforming unorganized/complex data into rigorously structured, insight-oriented solutions. β’ High-energy, company-first, positive attitude; motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats. β’ Naturally detail-oriented, with an obsessive need to document and communicate findings. β’ A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture.
