β’ Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (healthcare tech experience is preferred). β’ Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with pharmacies and internal stakeholders. β’ Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win partnerships. β’ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including key players, trends, and challenges. β’ Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles. β’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
