β€’ Identify and Onboard Pharmacies: Actively seek and identify potential pharmacy partners, establishing and fostering relationships to expand our network. β€’ Negotiation and Partnership Building: Collaborate with pharmacies to negotiate favorable terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships. β€’ Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. β€’ Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Blink Health. β€’ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Patient Services, and Legal teams, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing collaboration with pharmacy partners. β€’ Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of interactions with pharmacy partners and update the CRM system regularly.

Requirements

β€’ Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (healthcare tech experience is preferred). β€’ Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with pharmacies and internal stakeholders. β€’ Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win partnerships. β€’ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including key players, trends, and challenges. β€’ Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
