β’ Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup environment (healthcare tech experience is preferred). β’ Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in data analysis and visualization tools and platforms (e.g., SQL and Tableau are required, Python is nice to have) to extract and manipulate data. β’ Analytical Problem Solving: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills who is comfortable with ambiguity who is capable of translating data into actionable insights and solutions. β’ Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects and simultaneously managing multiple workstreams in a technical environment. β’ Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. β’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner and to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). β’ Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all analytical work and reporting. β’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. β’ Mission-Oriented: Motivated by Blinkβs mission and excited by the prospect of analyzing complex problems to drive comprehensive solutions and improve patient outcomes
