Description

• Build and maintain product integrations using YAML and GO. • Work directly with customers with the sales/CS teams to support the deployment and usage of integrations, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance. • Create comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, promoting best practices for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years with REST APIs and knowledge of other integration protocols (e.g., SOAP, Webhooks, or custom protocols). • 3+ years of working at a B2B company. • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, with experience in debugging and resolving API-related challenges. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills. • Enthusiastic to learn, work hard and fix things quickly.
