Description

• Lead and manage the Account Management team, guiding and mentoring for sales expansion. • Develop strategies to identify opportunities and close deals with existing customers. • Build relationships with customers, finding upselling opportunities, collaborating on engagement strategies. • Oversee the expansion sales process from identification to closing deals, ensuring best practices. • Utilize SFDC, Outreach, and Gong analytics to track progress and improve.

Requirements

• Sales Leadership: Proven experience as a Sales Manager meeting or exceeding expansion sales targets with an existing customer base. • Customer Engagement Expertise: Strong background in building customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Data Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in using SFDC, Gong, and Outreach data analytics. • Team Leadership and Development: Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a sales team, fostering a collaborative culture. • Curiosity & Initiative: Willingness to understand customer situations to find solutions. • Drive to win: Aiming to deliver 100%+ for the team.
