Requirements

β€’ Curiosity: A genuine interest in understanding others, their processes, and challenges. β€’ Relationship Building: The ability to foster collaborative and strong relationships with customers. β€’ Discipline: Effective management of daily sales activities, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals. β€’ Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead qualification, the discovery process, negotiation, and closing. β€’ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits, build relationships, and address customer inquiries. β€’ Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using Salesforce. β€’ Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new SaaS products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing customer needs. β€’ Nice to Haves But Not Required: Nonprofit experience, Tech Savviness.
