Description
• Specializes in providing optimal Customer Service to Navicent Health patients and guarantors. • Duties include inbound/outbound communications for reimbursement, collection duties, and establishing payment agreements. • Functions as a Public relations liaison between the guarantor and Navicent Health.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent. • Three (3) years experience in collections, insurance, physician office or hospital registration or physician or hospital billing. • Experience in accounts receivables, follow-up systems, and MS Office products preferred. • Must reside in Georgia or be willing to relocate to Georgia. • Must be Certified Patient Account Rep (CPAR) or obtain CPAR within 1 year of assuming position.
