Description

β€’ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure β€’ Facilitating pre-sales activities from initial client meetings through to proposal submission and pitch presentation β€’ Build a pipeline of leads using a range of tactics and nurture leads into opportunities β€’ Align with marketing strategies to drive lead generation β€’ Converse with clients on email, calls, and LinkedIn and drive conversation to uncover if there is viable opportunity β€’ Use creative strategies to finding possible leads through networking at key events, social channels, telephone and face to face β€’ Ideate and collaborate with the business leaders and marketing to see how we can best leverage events and other activities to drive qualified leads β€’ Ensure all relevant information is managed through the company CRM system β€’ Create new proposals to a high standard to respond to client requirements or RFPs, β€’ Identify which tools/databases we need to grow our business β€’ Attend events including participation in panel discussions and speaking opportunities β€’ Maintain accurate sales forecast and weekly activity reports, ensuring you are managing your sales targets. β€’ Keep up to date latest technology trends across software development, web, mobile, digital marketing, UX/UI and cloud β€’ Manage client expectations and be accountable for meeting all aspects of sales targets associated with new business development function β€’ Maintain positive relationships with internal teams who support you in pre-sales activities

Requirements

β€’ A degree or similar tertiary qualifications β€’ Minimum of 3+ years of relevant working experience in solution selling, growth or sales role β€’ Minimum of 5+ years living and working in the UK market β€’ Outstanding communication skills supported by fluent written and spoken English β€’ A successful track record in lead generation and solution selling β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales β€’ Confident, presentable and personable with a consultative approach to selling β€’ Must have strong technical and business acumen to engage in solution discussions, ability to talk confidentially around managed services, custom application development, cloud technologies. β€’ Understand business challenges and how technology solutions can solve these β€’ Ability to show that you can comfortably interact at C-suite level β€’ Enjoy working in a collaborative, ambitious environment - inspire your team to be better while achieving your goals β€’ Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges β€’ Friendly, enthusiastic and demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your work
