🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in creative production and project management, preferably at a creative agency or in-house at a CPG company. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and digital asset management systems such as Ziflow and Air. • The ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. • A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for creative storytelling and aesthetics. • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Highly motivated, with a ‘no task is too small’ attitude. • Interested in and passionate about the environment, sustainability and the Blueland mission.
