Description

β€’ Flight builds remote-first customer support teams for growing startups who put people first. β€’ Partner with early-stage founders and established leaders to help them run outstanding customer experience programs. β€’ Looking for representatives who share values of service, inclusion, trust, and cooperation. β€’ Provide top-notch support to clients and their customers. β€’ Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone to answer their questions and provide solutions. β€’ Provide accurate information to customers by using a variety of digital tools. β€’ Share suggestions for customer experience improvements with your team and client. β€’ Work to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals. β€’ Represent Flight to clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

β€’ Prior customer support experience β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English as demonstrated by a strong score on an English proficiency test β€’ A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence β€’ Top-notch problem solving skills β€’ Adaptability and a growth-learning mindset β€’ Able and willing to work full-time on any shift β€’ Available to work Saturday or Sunday β€’ Can start ASAP β€’ Own device to work from home (Laptop/PC, headset, stable internet connection)
