• Have 5+ years of SaaS sales experience • Are comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking challenging questions. • Sell consultative-ly - not on price, product features, benefits, bells, or whistles. • Have experience managing the entire sales cycle including hunting, developing, and closing new business • Are comfortable selling to companies ranging from 100 to 10,000 employees
• Target Commission: 80-100% of base salary • Equity: .01% - 0.02%
