📋 Description

• Join an industry-leading team that specializes in creating unforgettable in-person experiences through exceptional event planning. • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing 8-12 client events simultaneously, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction. • Focus on event budget management and exceeding event profitability goals to foster client retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management including sourcing, vendor management, planning, coordination, execution, and budget management. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with vendors and venues • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills • Excelling project management skills and experience managing a high volume of tasks • Strong executive presence and ability to present information to a variety of senior leaders • Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning in-person events • Hospitality experience is highly preferred
