• BoostDraft is seeking a VP of Sales to help drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. • This is an exciting time to join our team as we near the completion of our product-market fit process and prepare to scale our business in the U.S. • BoostDraft develops an AI-assisted legal document editor that eliminates overlooked inefficiencies. • Founded by MIT and Stanford grads, we’ve grown to over 7,500 paid users without marketing. • We have been profitable from Day 1 and are now entering the US market. • This position reports to the Head of Enterprise Sales, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to lead our business in the U.S. • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, ensuring they meet goals. • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the U.S. market.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and people management • At least 7 years of experience in one of the following: • End-to-end enterprise software sales • Legal tech sales • Selling to law firms • Extensive experience in designing sales attainment targets for both teams and individual members • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies • Strong track record in lead generation and cold outreach • Expertise in managing sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
