Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales role within the SaaS industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and cloud-based solutions, systems integration, and software architecture. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. • Willingness to travel, as needed, for on-site client meetings, presentations, and company and industry events. • Computer literacy, specifically with: • Both Mac and PC environments. • Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Sales Enablement Tools including Salesforce and other prospecting, and engagement platforms.
