Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales role within the SaaS industry. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and cloud-based solutions, systems integration, and software architecture. β€’ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. β€’ Willingness to travel, as needed, for on-site client meetings, presentations, and company and industry events. β€’ Computer literacy, specifically with: β€’ Both Mac and PC environments. β€’ Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive β€’ Sales Enablement Tools including Salesforce and other prospecting, and engagement platforms.
