Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of success. • Prior experience in restaurant ownership or as a General Manager and/or commercial food service leadership experience is highly preferred. • 5+ years of management experience with proven ability to lead and inspire a team. • Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer experiences and advocating for customer needs. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at various levels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying patterns and trends in data to drive decision-making. • Excellent project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
