Description

• Remo is a virtual dementia care provider focusing on personalized, comprehensive care. • The role involves overseeing customer success, implementation, and relationship management. • Identify risks and manage contract renewals for better dementia care services. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and satisfaction with customers.

Requirements

• Have at least 7 years of client relationship management or consulting experience with at least 5 years of experience working in healthcare. • Have strong project management skills; you possess an innate understanding of how to break down a complex project and manage all parts of it to completion. • Are goal-oriented and highly organized. • Have your own engine. You see what needs to be done and raise your hand, versus needing to be told what to do and how to do it. • Are an expert communicator and have excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Have at least 3 years of experience working directly with national health plans, Blues plans, large health systems or ACOs. • Have a strong executive presence. • Have been told you put others at ease. • Are great at anticipating others’ needs. • Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information in pursuit of the best path forward.
