Description

• Reporting to the Division Sales Manager. • Contribute to BeiGene’s overall sales objective. • Promote BeiGene’s Hematology products. • Train and educate physician support staff. • Maintain communication with BeiGene’s Market Access Team. • Successful completion of all product knowledge coursework. • Perform all administrative functions required of the position. • Support compliance with applicable BeiGene policies and procedures.

Requirements

• B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. • 8 plus years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management. • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style. • Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales. • Experience in specialty sales, reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes. • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). • Familiarity with CRM software. • Proven track record of resilience in the face of challenges.
