• Account Relationship Manager responsible for nurturing customer relations. • Ensure customer needs are met through marketing, phone conversations, and sales initiatives. • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

Requirements

• BS/BA in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience • Strong business acumen. • Strong presentation and negotiating skills. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Comfortable and effective in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings. • Knowledge of prospects, customers, and market dynamics within the relevant sector (Liquor Industry). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Results driven and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and determination to ‘close the deal’. • Illustrates a strong sense of integrity and trust. • Experience in the Liquor Industry is a plus. • Ability to think creatively in identifying new sources of opportunity; comes up with many new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions. • Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations and settle differences with minimal noise. • Relates well to all kinds of people; builds appropriate rapport on all levels. • Remains cool under pressure and does not become defensive. • Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish.
