• In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships in your region (NORAM) that drive growth and revenue for Solo.io. • This role requires an experienced partner with experience in channel management and sales and strong relationship building skills. • Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new strategic partners that align with Solo’s growth objectives. • Managing relationships with new existing partners in your region to maximize revenue opportunities. • Implementing channel strategies to expand market reach and drive sales through partners. • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales, marketing, and Product to align and enhance partner strategies. • Monitor and analyze partner sales data, providing insights and recommendations. • Proactively providing feedback and information to leadership on market conditions and partner needs.
• 4+ years of experience in channel management or sales. • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. • Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with partners. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change. • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.
