• Responsible for generating revenue through B2B growth initiatives • Building relationships with government agencies, universities, and Trades services platforms • Lead the expansion of the organization’s customer base • Monitor and analyze market trends to understand target audiences • Engage with current and prospective customers to understand needs • Collaborate with internal teams to compile comprehensive reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or other related fields • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and develop strong relationships • Strong critical and creative thinking skills • Proven ability to adapt to and manage shifting priorities • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
