• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring efficiency and profitability. • Present and demonstrate the value of Boundless’ products and services to prospective buyers within the client organization. • Develop and implement processes to streamline program execution. • Manage ad-hoc and program merchandising, order processing, inventory, and vendor relationships. • Maintain program documentation, including operational manuals and reporting. • Ensure all program orders are processed and shipped on time, meeting client expectations. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive program success. • Set and manage client expectations while ensuring internal teams deliver on commitments. • Lead client meetings, presentations, and program strategy discussions. • Handle all client issues, concerns and complaints acting as client advocate with focus on developing a loyal client base. • Drive program revenue growth, meeting or exceeding budget goals set by leadership. • Implement marketing and sales strategies, including promotions, incentives, and on-site sales. • Monitor and manage program expenses, including inventory and samples. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Identify opportunities to optimize program management processes for efficiency. • Utilize reporting and inventory management tools and strategies to enhance performance. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve workflow and service delivery. • Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
