📋 Description

• The Director of Brand Partnerships is responsible for leading and managing national and local brand collaborations that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, generate business development opportunities and create unique guest experiences. • This role identifies, negotiates, and executes strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with Lucky Strike Entertainment’s brand positioning and business goals. • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy to drive awareness, revenue growth, and customer engagement. • Identify and cultivate strategic brand alliances aligned with Lucky Strike Entertainment’s vision and target audience. • Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements that deliver mutual value for Lucky Strike Entertainment and its collaborators. • Oversee and manage high-profile national partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or strategic alliances within entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle industries. • Proven track record in securing and managing successful national and local brand partnerships. • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring and executing high-value national partnership agreements. • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with a strong industry presence. • Collaborative and organizational skills to manage internal and external stakeholder needs. • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights on partnership effectiveness.
