Description

• Responsible for profitable sales delivery within the Auto Specialty retail team • Seek to grow Castrol’s business in the Omni-channel marketplace • Build and implement winning strategies through strong collaboration • Manage overall strategy & execution for assigned retailer • Lead the development and implementation of programs & offers • Monitor aggregated performance versus agreed upon metrics • Communicate strategies internally and provide updates on financial achievement • Create and develop deep relationships with key senior management teams • Manage all budgets and resources to enhance sales volume and profitability • Collaborate with marketing to grow overall Castrol Market Share

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or technical field • Minimum of 5 years in sales, sales management and/or marketing experience selling products through retail channel • Proven cross functional management experience • Experience in executing marketing programs • Good management and negotiation of programs and offers experience • Working knowledge of Auto business • Strong leadership qualities • Ability to think strategically to develop and implement longer term team strategies
