Description
• Help shape and execute strategy for relationships with consultants and brokers. • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Consulting Relations to enhance Ovia Health’s presence. • Develop and maintain relationships with key consulting firms. • Drive lead generation, ensuring alignment with consultants' needs and strategic goals. • Coordinate/participate in industry events highlighting Ovia Health’s unique value propositions. • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to support business growth. • Track interactions, gather feedback, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Organize meetings with consultants to showcase Ovia Health’s offerings.
Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with benefit and HR consultants or working as a consultant/broker. • Extensive network and established relationships with top benefits and HR consulting firms across various regions and industry sectors. • Demonstrated success in generating and cultivating sales leads through consultants and brokers. • In-depth understanding of the employer’s perspective and the benefit purchasing decision-making process. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common objectives. • Strong presentation and written communication skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches and presentations on complex topics. • Proven history of building and maintaining relationships with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders. • Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
