β€’ Responsible for prospecting and managing accounts in Named Account Manager role β€’ Delivering business success through consultative sales approach β€’ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic sales plans β€’ Customize product presentations to clients' needs β€’ Provide sales forecasts and reports to management

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience β€’ 5+ years of experience in consultative technology sales, with a focus on Unified Communications and Consultative Contact Center solutions β€’ Have successfully managed a $3M+ quota β€’ Must have experience selling into SLED and Healthcare verticals β€’ Knowledge of Cloud computing, VMware and Data Centers is a required asset β€’ Knowledge or experience with competitive solutions including Ring Central, 8x8, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Dialpad and others a plus β€’ Creative with business planning and implementing sales initiatives β€’ Possesses strong Account planning skills β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas using a consultative approach β€’ Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
