Description

• If you excel at solving your clients’ 401(k) problems, you deserve better than a job that is just “okay”. • Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager positions. • Nova has been offering remote work for over 10 years. • Our Account Manager position is supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, and a loan and distribution department. • Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.

Requirements

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing • NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4 year college degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task • Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business • High level of critical thinking • Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
