📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Opportunity: At Rate Insurance, we believe that service is at the core of everything we do. • Serving others is more than what we value, it represents our way of being. • We listen, we’re proactive, and we act with purpose. • We are experts in our industry. • We take a consultative approach to sales and service, adding value and creating a trusted partnership with our customers. • Our Account Managers specialize in building rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions for their specific needs, including cross-selling products to existing customers. • Account Managers provide timely responses to inquires via phone and email, as well as process certificates, handle endorsements and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies. • Account Managers are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of licensed personal lines insurance experience • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in at least one northeast region state ( CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, WV ) • Work 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday • Successful track record servicing clients in multiple states • Experience rewriting and quoting new business with multiple carriers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to function at a high level in a virtual work environment
